All of this means that women are not only more likely than men to be under stress but more likely to suffer short and long term health effects brought on by the stress. Stress is one of those things in life that everyone has to deal with at one point or another, it is so common, especially in the high octane 24/7 news cycle world we have today that we just accept it. The problem is when we just accept stress as something that happens we start to become complacent and lose track of what other problems stress can cause in our everyday lives. The first step in understanding how important it is to learn how to handle stress is understanding what stress is at its foundation. The bare bones explanation of stress is that it is the way the body naturally responds to a demand that borders on being too much. The demand that can be put on the body can be good or it can be bad although most often stress is caused by the bad demands. When stress hits the body, it actually produces a chemical that is released into the blood, once these chemicals are released the body gets a boost of strength and energy. This may be good in the short term, but in the long term, this can cause health problems.

Ian is an inspiring publisher&writer who was born in East Europe. He began his career as a publisher/writer in spring 2013 but had to take a break due to a spinal cord injury. Later after he had recovered he signed up for volunteering work in helping people with the paraplegic disability caused by spinal cord injury. Before the surgery, he was active in a lot of sports like kickboxing, running and weight training but after it, he focused more on mild running. One of his accomplishment is the lost 36 kilograms of weight in only 9 months through vigorous exercising and discipline eating but most important the realization that once you set something in mind it is almost impossible not to succeed. He used to say "I like all the people who push themselves to the limit and survive in overcoming adversity". The people that he looks up to are Friedrich Nietzsche, Galileo Galilei, Charles Darwin, Malala Yousafzai, George Orwell, Nick Newell, Kortney Clemons, Katy Sullivan and Albert Einstein which marked him profoundly in the way they think and act. He is a person with a sense of humor and refuses to give in to anything that life throws at him. His personal motto is "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger". He is open to any conversation with any kind of people he meets on any subjects. He is always up to trying something new and different and to improve himself. Now he is considering writing and publishing about various topics but mostly on self-development. During his free time he go to the central park and take a stroll and watch people there spending time with their family, he also enjoys a good reading and listening to music.
